Pre-order items may have longer processing times, which will be clearly indicated on the product page. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Custom fees
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and are the responsibility of the customer. For any further information, please check with your local customs office. While being a new & small upcoming brand we are unable to cover any extra customs fees. As we continue to grow over time, it is in our hopes to work with distribution centers in the main sectors of the world, in order to avoid any extra costs. Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your à la mode purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping

Pre-made items are products that are currently in stock and ready to ship. These items typically have a shorter processing time and will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Pre-order items are products that are available for purchase before they are officially released or restocked. These items may have longer processing times, as they are produced or sourced specifically for your order. The estimated processing time for pre-order items will typically take 3-4 weeks for production time while also adding shipping time on top of that. Please note that pre-order items and any additional items purchased in the same order will be shipped together once all items are available. We understand that pre-order items include a lengthy waiting period, however, we greatly appreciate your patience and support!
